In 1992 Christian Lacroix designed toreador Chamaco’s traje de luces for his run in the arena at the Feria de Nimes.
Taking inspiration from his native Arles, Lacroix sketched the elaborate embroideries himself, which were then brought to life by the legendary Maison Lesage.
